SPORTSENGINE REGISTRATION – LAYNE VOLLEYBALL CLUB
1. OVR Membership (through SportsEngine):
All athletes are REQUIRED to have a current OVR membership.
Summer Tryouts:

If your athlete played JO volleyball during the 2025–2026 season, you do NOT need to purchase a new membership.

If your athlete did NOT play during the 2025–2026 season, you will need to purchase a Tryout Membership.
Fall Tryouts:

All athletes must purchase a Tryout Membership.
IMPORTANT:
Please create the account using parent/guardian information first, then add your athlete when prompted.
FEE:
The Tryout Membership is $10 and is paid online through SportsEngine at the time of registration.
PLEASE NOTE:
This membership is required and is valid for participation in any club tryout.

What age group to tryout for?
Please refer to the age divisions page at OVR.org
This can be found by clicking- parents, and then age divisions.
PLEASE ENSURE THAT YOU HAVE GONE TO THE RIGHT TRYOUT AND DOUBLE CHECKED
THE AGE DIVISION AS WE WANT TO ENSURE OFFERING POSITIONS TO THE CORRECT AGED TEAMS.

At Layne Volleyball Club, we strive to provide excellent service to our valued members. To ensure clarity and transparency in our transactions, we have established the following refund policy.
Refund Eligibility:
No refunds are eligible at any time
Cancellation Policy for Individual Sessions:
If you need to cancel your individual session, we kindly ask for a notice of at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled session.
Failure to provide the required 48-hour notice will result in a loss of that session
By making a purchase or booking with Layne Volleyball Club, you acknowledge and agree to abide by the terms and conditions outlined in this refund policy.
