Layne Volleyball Club Refund Policy

At Layne Volleyball Club, we strive to provide excellent service to our valued members. To ensure clarity and transparency in our transactions, we have established the following refund policy.

Refund Eligibility:
No refunds are eligible at any time

Cancellation Policy for Individual Sessions:
If you need to cancel your individual session, we kindly ask for a notice of at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled session.
Failure to provide the required 48-hour notice will result in a loss of that session

If you are more than 15 minutes late to your session, your session will be forfeited. 

If you are late to your session, your session WILL NOT be extended by the amount of time that you were late, your session will end at it's original end time.

By making a purchase or booking with Layne Volleyball Club, you acknowledge and agree to abide by the terms and conditions outlined in this refund policy.

This policy is effective as of 01/01/2024 and may be subject to change without prior notice. Please review this policy periodically for any updates or modifications.
